I've been a member of the NGLCCNY (National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce New York) for a number of years. The Chamber provides opportunities for their members to network and build their businesses. An article was recently published about the creative collaboration between Amy Mayes Photography and Cameron Event Design. A huge thank you to the Chamber for connecting us and highlighting our success! Here's what was written about me and my work -
"Amy has been an active ally to the LGBT community long before joining the NGLCCNY in 2013. She has photographed the challenges as well as the triumphs, of the LGBT community in our quest of equality for all. Amy has documented some of the most pivotal moments in recent LGBT history. Photographing marches, political campaigns, non-profit charity galas, landmark legal decisions and of course capturing images of our community in daily life locally, national and as far away as Cuba."

Also this week, my photo was published in Affinity Inc Magazine alongside an article featuring CreagerCole Communications. CreagerCole, media and public relations experts, have been close friends of mine for quite some time and I simply adore them!
